Born in Turkey before making his move to the USA, Tosh worked his way through the American Dream. Above all he is a family man — a proud husband and father of three — with a heart of gold.
Okan joined his father on the East West journey in 2019, when the pandemic skyrocketed demand across the home improvement industry, to help care for the high-end service clientele Tosh had built.
Since then he has managed every service inquiry personally. Okan is deeply invested in direct customer relationships, and there is rarely a time he is unavailable — he believes superior customer service is always the answer.
Sefa joined the team in 2022 and has been an absolute rockstar in managing our projects — from renovations, to new installations, to administrative responsibilities.
